Codverra Kullanım Koşulları

1. Kapsam

Bu koşullar, Enes Berkay Kumtepe tarafından sunulan Codverra mobil uygulamasını kullanımınızı düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

2. Hesap ve güvenlik

Hesap bilgilerinizin doğru olmasından ve oturum bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulamayı yürürlükteki mevzuata uygun biçimde kullanmalısınız.

3. Öğrenme ve AI özellikleri

Codverra eğitim amaçlı içerikler, kod çalıştırma araçları ve AI destekli özellikler sunabilir. AI çıktıları hata içerebilir. Bu çıktılar profesyonel, hukuki, finansal veya güvenlik açısından bağlayıcı tavsiye değildir; önemli kararlar öncesinde doğrulanmalıdır.

4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

Uygulamayı kötüye kullanamaz; hizmeti kesintiye uğratmaya, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya, yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya veya hukuka aykırı içerik işlemeye çalışamazsınız.

5. Abonelikler

Premium abonelikler Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden sunulabilir. Fiyatlandırma, yenileme, iptal ve iade süreçlerinde ilgili mağazanın koşulları geçerlidir. Hesabınızı silmek aktif mağaza aboneliğinizi otomatik olarak iptal etmeyebilir; aboneliğinizi mağaza hesabınızdan ayrıca yönetmelisiniz.

6. Hesap silme

Hesap silme talebini uygulama içindeki ayarlardan başlatabilir veya hesap silme sayfasındaki dış talep yolunu kullanabilirsiniz.

7. Fikri mülkiyet

Codverra markası, uygulama arayüzü ve uygulama tarafından sunulan özgün içerikler üzerindeki haklar saklıdır. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin vermediği biçimde çoğaltma veya dağıtım yapılamaz.

8. Hizmet değişiklikleri

Uygulama özellikleri zaman içinde değişebilir veya kesintiye uğrayabilir. Bu koşullar gerektiğinde güncellenebilir. Sorularınız için kumtepedev@gmail.com adresine ulaşabilirsiniz.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the Codverra mobile application provided by Enes Berkay Kumtepe. By using Codverra, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and security

You are responsible for accurate account information and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must use the application in compliance with applicable law.

3. Learning and AI features

Codverra may provide educational content, code execution tools, and AI-powered features. AI output can contain errors. It is not professional, legal, financial, or security advice and should be verified before important decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, bypass security measures, gain unauthorized access, or process unlawful content.

5. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play. Store terms apply to pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds. Deleting your Codverra account may not automatically cancel an active store subscription; manage it separately through your store account.

6. Account deletion

You can request deletion from the in-app settings or use the external request path on the account deletion page.

7. Intellectual property

Rights in the Codverra brand, application interface, and original content provided by the application are reserved. You may not reproduce or distribute them except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Service changes
